Complete the arcade game 5 times in a row with Cleetus and then enter L1, L2, L1, R1, R1, R1, R1, L2, R2, Square, Circle, L1, L2, L1, R1, R1, R1, R1, L2, Triangle, L2, L2, R2, Select. A cheat menu will then open up on the main menu screen. You will now be able to choose from all characters even hidden characters, and 2 extra levels.
