Upside Down
On the track selection screen, press L2, R2, Down, Cross. If the code has worked, an arrow will appear under the name of the track.
All Tracks
Start a single player game. Press Start to pause the game in a race. Then go to the options. Then select sound and highlight FX Volume. Then press L1 and L2. All tracks will now be unlocked.
