All weapons
Select a level and a helicopter first. Next, choose your weapons. When it's black and the level is about to start, slide your fingers over every button as much as you can. (so every button has been pressed) In the left hand corner it should show all the weapons. Your helicopter might turn. if so press L, R, and start at the same time. you should get over a million dollars at the end.

Debug Code
At the press start screen hold the Z button and press right on the D-pad, left on the D-pad, up on the D-pad, down on the D-pad, A, B, and Start. Secret Characters To get King 10, look for him in level 7, nail the sucker and complete the level. To get Stingray, look and destroy him in level 7.
Level Select:
Press C-UP(7) when "Press Start" appears on the opening screen.
Defeat the Mission 6 Boss
To defeat the boss in Mission 6 easily (the big green plane) make sure you have plenty of the fat green missiles. Then you want to get underneath the plane and shoot as many upward as possible at a time. Do this a while and he will die easier than trying to get a lock on him. For the other planes, buy some big red locking bombs and just shoot a whole lot at him.
Alien Disruptor
Beat level 7 on expert mode to get the alien disruptor.
Different Views in Chopper Select Screen
Go to a chopper but don't pick it yet. Press the L button. There should be a screen with statistics and a rotating picture of your chopper. You can now use the control stick to control the chopper's rotation.
Change Level
At the "Press Start" screen press C up seven times so you can select a level.
President Jump Out
When you are playing press press Z + C-Up + C-Down, then launch a homing cluster at your opponent. If this hits him you should see the president jumping out.
