At the level selection screen, hold Select + square + O and press Right, Right, Right, Up, Left, Down, R2.

Pause the game, then hold square and press Left, Right, Up, Down. Note: A perfect score cannot be achieved with the use of this code, as your character will be counted as spotted once in the final score when this code is used.

At the level selection screen, hold square + O and press R1, R2, L2, L1, Up, Down, Left, Right, Select. Alternatively, successfully complete the game with both Rikimaru and Ayame.
All Ninja items:
At the item selection screen, press square, square, square, O, square, O, O, Left, Up, Down, Right, R2, R2.

Enter the mission settings screen in the mission editor, then hold O and press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left , Right.
Office tile set in mission editor:
Enter the edit mission screen in the mission editor, then highlight the "New Mission" selection. Hold L2 and press O, square, Left, Right, O, square. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound.
More options in mission editor:

Simply advance in the game to get more options in the mission editor. As your character reaches new levels with new tile sets, the same tile set will then be available in the editor.
European castle in mission editor:
Successfully complete the game with all three characters.
Play as Tatsumaru:
Successfully complete the game with both Rikimaru and Ayame.
Re-heal player:

When playing the game press start to pause it then hold square and press left, right, up, down. your health will then be restored. (does not work on custom levels).
Show full map:

Hold select to show map and then press circle five times and it will show all of the map.
Get Tatsumaru:

To get Tatsumaru press Right then Left until Rikimaru is selected then hold square and O throughout the whole code and press Right, Up, Left then hold Down and press L1 + L2 let go of Down and press Select. this cheat actually works if it doesn't work don't lose hope just keep trying.
