When you get one mushroom, slow down to be the last racer, then press and hold Z + L + R + A then press B, C-left, C-right, C- down, C-up, C-down and you will able to have turbo on full-time.
When leading, get a banana peel and throw it ahead, drive into the peel and when you are slipping, press A + B + Z + R, you will then be flying a plane!
ABBA ADVANCE: [Submitted by:Adrian Hitter]
At your first race in any of the cups, before you start the race, hold, A + Z, then release, Hold A + B, release tap A, B, B, A, and finish first.
At the start of the second race, the ABBA plane (The very same as the plane cheat) will pick you up and take you to the last race, this also enables full-time turbo!

To get a turbo boost on any race, before you race hold down the acceleration button then before you go put the joystick forward.

In Wario stadium make sure you get the boost and on any of the first four jumps press the jump button and try and get over the wall i find it's twice as easy with a heavy weight.

In yoshy's valley turn left (on the first corner) and go up the narrow path then turn right you should come to a little jump next to an arrow there will be a fence to your left when the fence finishes slide turn left you should hop to a new track.

In koopa troopa beach you keep driving as usual until you see a jump leading into a hole there is two ways to get in use a mushroom or hop in, it leads out of the waterfall

On rainbow road get the boost at the beginning when you start to go down the hill turn left and jump you should land on another track it works and is really helpful i find it's easiest with Yoshi.

On skyscraper on battle if you get a bomb and drop it when you are falling into a pit it will float in MID AIR! If you come back to the pit and land on the bomb you will pop your enemy's balloon and Not Yours.
