1. Set location to the north pole.
2. Set time and date to December 25, 00:00hrs.
3. Put on tower view and do 360's until you see the sleigh on the ground.
It lifts off at 00:01 and will fly straight up to 100,000ft then disappears. You can follow it with a X-15 or SR-71, or just take a stable plane into the aircraft editor and set the thrust to the max.
